"It isn't. And no," Sebastian replied, watching as Aryssa rested her back on the wall, matching Sebastian. She sighed a little, hoping to make conversation with Sebastian but it seemed it was out of the window for now. Elizabeth had been shopping for a little over an hour and Sebastian had soon grown weary. He traced the pocket of his trousers about to pull out his phone when he remembered back to the call Jared made earlier that day.

"I got a phone call from Jared, it seems someone broke into our base earlier..." he mused, dialing Elizabeth's number into the keypad.

"What? Who, how?" she fired quickly, becoming slightly paranoid.

"I don't know, I'm going to check it out myself after this..." Sebastian answered before bringing the phone up to his ear and waiting for Elizabeth to pick up. Aryssa watched the crowds of people pass by her before her attention was drawn to Sebastian as he became involved in a slightly heated conversation. It lasted a short while before he snapped his phone shut in annoyance and roughly placed the phone back into his leather trousers. It seemed Elizabeth ran into her mother a while ago and was now at home, apparently forgetting about Sebastian waiting for her.

"What was that about?" Aryssa asked, raising a perfectly shaped eyebrow.

"Don't ask... I'm heading up to base now, you coming?" Sebastian replied, pushing himself off the wall. Aryssa nodded, mentally telling her stomach to stop grumbling. It was a tough decision between ice-cream and Sebastian but it needed to be done.

The walk was only half an hour but was made mainly in silence. Aryssa watched as Sebastian walked next to her, his eyes downcast continuously. She had thought that after all these years she might have broken down even the smallest fraction of the wall Sebastian put up around himself but it appeared not. Nevertheless, she owed her life to Sebastian. He was the one who gave her everything.

Sebastian liked Aryssa, contrary to belief in the Rebellion. He knew what it was like to lose everything. In some ways, Aryssa had became a little sister to Sebastian, someone who he could rely on conditionally. Although this, he had never found anyone who had a sadistic enjoyment for death and blood unlike Aryssa. But that was what he needed. Sebastian needed people who would not hesitate to kill. The world needed to be cleansed of their enemies, and it was the Rebellion's job to reinforce this.

Both greeted Jared when they had finally arrived at the base. He informed them vaguely of what he had seen once he had arrived himself earlier that day. The door had been smashed apart, papers scattered and torn covered the wooden floor entirely. Nothing of value had been stolen he noticed, but it seemed the intruder wanted to make an impact on the Rebellion more than anything.

"And that brings us up to now... We'll need someone to clean this up and restore the destroyed information," Jared spoke, watching as Aryssa paced the room whilst Sebastian sat calmly at his desk. Suddenly, Aryssa snapped her fingers.

"I've got it! I knew they would come in handy!" she exclaimed abruptly, walking over to the bookcase, pulling out a few books from the middle shelf, chucking them carelessly on the floor.

"Hey, hey- watch where you throw those things!" Jared called, jumping away slightly to avoid being hit by a book.

Aryssa pulled out a small camera which had been placed in the bookcase and hurried over to where Sebastian's desk was located, pressing a few buttons and passed it to him. Sebastian watched as the video rewinded 3 hours before it played. He watched as a figure entered the room suddenly, the door breaking under the impact. But there was no weapon. His eyes became transfixed onto the video, the figure causing papers to fly out from the cabinets... all whilst bearing an obnoxious smirk standing in the middle of the room.

"Impossible..." Aryssa whispered as she waited for the video to continue.

The intruder almost appeared to know that he was being filmed as he shifted his eyes briefly towards the direction of the bookcase before turning his back and exiting the room. Aryssa took the camera from Sebastian's hands, watching as his eyes flared up in anger. He punched the desk with his fist, a small dent appearing in the polished wood.

"Damn it! Damn it!" Sebastian growled, pushing himself from his chair and kicking the papers that left scattered on the floor.

"...Sebastian? What's wrong?" Aryssa asked softly, not wanting to anger Sebastian even more.

"I'll tell you what's wrong Aryssa. It was that damn guy! I saw him earlier today, passed him in the Mall. I knew there was something suspicious about him... and I just let him past!" Sebastian exclaimed, throwing himself back down in his chair, crimson eyes burning with rage. He placed his arms on his desk, resting his head downwards.

'I made a promise Father... I made a promise on the fateful day that I would avenge your death. And I will not stop until every last person involved is dead. That I can guarantee.'
