Abigail's questions caused Walter to consider a possible reason for why someone would fabricate and then stash a corpse under a library-particularly one with such a dubious history. As he knelt before the bodies the answered flooded his brain, turning his head toward Abigail's position Walter posited a theory.

"You remember what I told you about the flag-well I think that perhaps these bodies are test subjects-to see if the flag will live up to the legend."

No sooner had Walter revealed a possible explanation for the illogical placement of the two corpses the far wall was blasted out, the heavy stone fragments covered Walter and Abigail-Walter being closer to the exploding wall was knocked unconscious-Abigail remained conscious but foggy.

Abigail's last memory of that horrible dank hole was a black clad Nazi standing over her-it was Niclas Elbrich.

Gunter had fallen to the floor of the kicthen, as the American soldier caught up to him-aiming his weapon at the young man with his finger on the sensitive trigger-he spoke to him in German.

"That is why you need to die....traitor." The look on Gunter's face was a mixture of confusion and fear.

"American! No my friend. We are a new breed. The new Nazi regime" Motioning with his weapon the Neo-Nazi forced Gunter into the front room and then up the stairs to join the other prisoners.
