Larsen had to jog slightly to keep up with Matthew's speed. She managed to keep up with him for a while, but got slowed down when she had to pass through a group of students standing around and talking. By the time she got around the corner, she could just see the elevator doors sliding shut. She sighed and pressed the down button and waited for the elevator to arrive again. A couple minutes later it arrived and she punched in the main floor button. She stepped out into the lobby but hung back as she saw Matthew storm towards the counter, she wondered how long it would take for him to realize he had left her behind.
As he approached the receptionist and started on his rant, she walked up to him from behind and patted him on the shoulder, "You tell 'em Matthew." she said with a teasing smile.
