HyunRi finished up her classes, serving minimal destruction on the students. None had any type of good story that made for a good set up and finish so she just let the day slip in front of her, waiting until it was over. Picking up her phone, she messaged Jung Sook that she would be late to the Cafe, but before sending it, she deleted it. "Let him wait," she giggled to herself and decided to slow down. She left her textbooks in her locker and picked up her mirror and make-up. She touched up her face, making sure that everything was still pretty. There was no use in beauty if one didn't plan to show it off. She made her way out of the school, having a little bounce in her step. Today wasn't that bad of a day. Her mother hadn't complained to her in the morning and she hadn't received any angry text messages for not feeding the birds or doing the dishes the night before. And nothing had upset her in school so much that it affected her mood. It was better than a usual day, plus she was going to get milkshakes.
Smiling, she made her way to the Cafe after taking the bus to the small shop where they always went. She saw Jung Sook through the window playing with his phone. HyunRi went inside and sat in the seat opposite of his. She sipped her drink, letting the cold liquid sit on her tongue, feeling the tingling chill, before drinking it entirely. She fished a Talent Showcase flyer from her bag, crossing her legs, and let it fall on the table between them. "What do you think?" she whispered sweetly. The only times she ever was sweet was around him. The day and the milkshakes were also contributing to her increasingly happy mood. "Are you joining?" She leaned back in her seat, letting her hair fall behind her, showing the fullness of her doll-like face.
