A strange chill crawled up the Hatter's spine. He looked down to find a dull blue rose. "Why hello rose, I haven't heard from your kind" He said. Sadly the rose did not reply. The Hatter continued walking, but he stopped in front of an enormous toadstool that had an empty hookah lying next to it. The Mad Hatter fell to his knees and began wheezing with laughter.

" The all wise Absolem has fled from the bloody queen!" He announced to the land" The Bloody Red Queen has done anything but good! Surely I am not the only that sees it! Can you not see the trees no longer dance their well put choreography! The flowers no longer gossip their petty little rumors! the Wind no longer belt out notes that no mere mortal can!"

The Hatter's laughter had soon turned to wails. It was a few minutes till he stood up and left.

He left the toadstool. He left the hookah. He left the dance-less trees. He left the mute flower. He left the quiet wind. But the only thing he didn't leave was his insanity.
