"Please! Don't go!" she argued. Charlotte wouldn't be able to bear losing him. But it was too late, as for he was already through the door. Charlotte sat down at the table of eggs & bacon for two. All alone. As she finished her breakfast she put the dishes in the sink and began to wash them. She took Thomas' plate of breakfast food and covered it with saran wrap, she didn't want to waste good food. "Meeooowww..." Charlotte purred as she looked for Katnip. "3...2...1..." She counted down, since Katnip always took a certain amount of time to come running. Katnip came out of no where and started rubbing at Charlie's feet. "Oh Katnip!" She smiled as she picked up her rag doll cat. As the cat just flopped in her arms she cuddled her best friend.

Suddenly she heard a knock on the door. When Charlotte opened the door she expected it to be Thomas. "Back so soon.." She started to say as she finally saw who was at her doorstep. "What are you doing here?" Charlotte questioned as she saw his face. But before she could snap at him, he kissed her. Charlotte stood there just staring at him for a moment, before he walked away. Not one word. She stood there dumb founded, What was the point of that? "Wait!" She called out, running after him. He was a few houses down by now just getting into his car. As she walked up to him she looked up at his big eyes. She kissed him once more, using this to get rid of all the remaining feelings she had. She pulled back, "Rodney... I..." she couldn't figure out what she wanted to say. So she just turned around and walked away.
