Spots of water started appearing on the ground outside the hidden room. The pale girl too obsessed with her playing, failed to notice this until the flashes of lightning and claps of thunder started.

The melody stopped abruptly as hands stopped their movements at the first clap of thunder. Eyes snapped open and saw the downpour through the transparent walls of the room.

‘Time to head back.’ Mizuki thought, the thunder not bothering her at the least.

She took her time walking through the downpour, enjoying the coldness of the rain trickling down her face. It wasn’t a while till she reached the mansion, for she had gotten herself a little lost in the huge garden while she had been enjoying the rain.

Mizuki walked into the entrance room drenched from head to toe, not a single dry spot to be seen on her. Seeing her hair dripping water all over the carpets, she retreated back outside, squeezing the water out of her hair before entering once again.
