Kara looked nervously as the lycan who appeared to be in charge looked around at the others. Not that she was one to judge, but they looked pretty damn useless. After a while he decided, "Ok, well you're not going to fare well on your own. We'll take you to meet Calvin-our alpha." Both Alex and her were somewhat surprised by his statement; they'd both believed him to be the alpha.

"I can't see that he'd have a problem but fuck knows I've done enough executive thinking for one night." Alex gave his signature toothy grin that looked somewhat unnerving to those who didn't know him well.

Kara was elated. Out of the corner of her eyes, she saw the male turn his eyes towards her. She saw him give her a warm smile, and she smiled back. Kara almost blushed and moved her hair out of her face. She looked at the ground and wiggled her toes. She still felt young at heart, and had stopped counting her age years ago. She knew she had passed the senior citizenship line, but other than that, she'd rather not know her real age. Forever young, but still grown, that was one of the things she loved about being a lycan.

"Quickly, get her in the van and keep her quiet. No need to rough her up, she's already been dropped off a building." Kara frowned. Why would they need to in the first place. She looked at the girl and held out her hand, putting her other hand on her knee and bending down to look her in the eyes. She smiled and shook her hand slightly, silently offering help up. She should be able to stand with assistance at least.

Alex pushed himself to his feet and lazily dusted off his pants for about two seconds before giving up. He looked over at Kara and saw her offering the girl help. Alex frowned. Whatever the girl had done, it had stirred trouble for this guy's pack, and she was a human afterall. He clenched his jaw quickly then released it and headed to the van.
