Winter Agustus~

Winter sat down at the table, trying his hardest not to collapse. His face was still covered in his own blood, running from the open wound across his forehead. He reached down weakly, grabbing a napkin from in front of him and wiped his face. With a fresh napkin, he covered the open wound, wincing slightly as he touched it.

Suddenly the chefs brought out roast pig and salad and layed the plates of food in front of them on the table. Winter could see the reluctant hunger on his friends faces. They say to never bite the hand that feeds you, but what if the other hand just sprayed deadly gas in you face.

Travis pushed his plate away in disgust, and for good reason, "Okay guys if you can eat the food made by the people who could have just killed any one of us go ahead but I won't." Travis sat back into his chair as he looked at the meat. "Besides, this could be another test. Who knows they haven't poisoned that stuff?"

This was true, this could be another test, the food could be poisoned, but as Travis said that, Winter felt everyone's stomach rumbled desperately.

Winter picked up a fork and skewered a piece of pork and took it into his mouth. Winter knew the risk, but he wasn't sure if he was going to manage to stay alive through this meal from how much pain and dizziness he felt, so he decided to test the food so his friend could hopefully eat. If the food was poisoned, they would know soon enough.
