Dante was relieved but worried at the same time. They seemed nice, but first impressions aren't always true. "It's Katrina, but call me Kat. And I don't mind" said the other girl.
Before taking a seat in the cafeteria, Dante looked around for Ava. As he scanned the area for her, he saw the jock, that Ava had beaten up earlier, sitting at another table and glaring right at him. Wanting to break that eye contact as soon as possible, Dante quickly jerked his eyes away and sat down. Shit... He's looking... Dante thought. Where's Ava? I hope I don't smell like pot right now.
"Are you guys new? I haven't seen you guys around." Dante asked.
