KatieKatie sighed and leaned against the moving truck. A mover approached her asking where a piece of furniture should go, and Kate pushed herself away from the truck to show him.
"Anything to the back of the truck goes to my bedroom. Please be careful with it. Most of the stuff in my room is breakable" she said carefully, trying not to sound like a drama queen. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed her next door neighbor and his dog.
'A beautiful house AND I get to live next to an attractive man. I picked a good spot' she thought with a smile.
Once everything was situated she thanked the men repeatedly, bought them food, and then paid them for their work.
"I honestly do appreciate all the work you did today. I could not have done it alone." she laughed gesturing toward herself. She was fit, but she wasn't fit enough to carry a wardrobe up the stairs by herself. The men laughed and headed on their way.
'Before I do ANY unpacking, I need to play' she thought.
'It will signify the beginning of something wonderful, and I'll be starting off in this house the right way' she smiled and sat down next to her harp. She played a
Celtic piece she had learned at a young age and smiled. She loved the small and whimsical sounds such a large instrument could make.
