She looked at Jacob and messed with the fabric of her shirt just wondering what he was thinking,she never understood him completely and she liked it. She loved mysteries and Jacob was one of the biggest mysteries to her. She saw it as,well a turn on. "Well it's definitely shorter then two hours," She chuckled and rolled her eyes. "One thing,it was three hours not two. For someone who claims to have 'exceptional' memory I thought you would have remembered that. Besides it's not my fault I was in lesson and track before I even knew you." She said as she fixed the zipper on her heels. "Yeah, let's get to the dock. They might close it." Great,just what she needed to be near a giant ocean of death,as she called it even after years of people telling her that the ocean isn't evil. That's not the way she saw it. She looked at him and did her infamous 'are you seriously that dumb?' look. "Yes,that's the best possible place to go since i've been completely petrified of puddles since I was seven. I mean if I fall in I could absolutly swim out....Oh wait. She put a piece of hair behind her ear and looked down,it was childish to admit that she was afraid of water when Jacob was freaking fish when it came to water. It was funny to her because they were the same in some ways but in their differences they were completely different. When he hated heights,she loved roller coasters,ferris wheels,you name it and when he liked water she got terrified around it,afraid that she may fall in again.
She messed with her beanie making sure it wouldn't fall off and she wouldn't forget it. "Is that the one I bought you?" He noticed it? How the hell did he notice it? She nodded softly and put her ponytail to the side. "Um,maybe I don't really remember." She put her hand throught her ponytail and exhaled,maybe that's how he could tell she was lying. "Ok,I suck at lying,so i'm just going to tell the truth and believe it or not it actually is. It has brought me good luck,I wore it when I got the record deal and when my frist album came out. I know that i'm kind of old for that good luck,bad luck kind of thing but really has helped me out." She exhaled and got in the elevator. The beanie was one of the only things she kept after thei break up,every thing else like pictures,drawings he drew,etc went into the shredder and then into the trash. When the doors closed,Isabelle undid the two bobby pins and took the hat off putting it out to Jacob. "Here,you can have it back if you want. Give it to that special someone you probably have in your life now." She exhaled. She knew weather she moved on completely or not,he did. He could get any girl he wanted,why would he want a girl who had an over-protective family, didn't know how to relax, and probably had a small case of OCD at times? Exactly,he wouldn't and why he put up with her for so lon,she never could figure out. She handed the blue beanie to Jacob and gave him a small smile. It wad hard giving it back to him,she nevr forgot anything and she knew that was from him since the day they broke up. What was surprising is that she couldn't let go of it after all these years,does he think she a stalker for keeping it after they broke up or does he think it's childish? No,nope. I will not think about that right now,he can have it. I have all the luck I need right now.....But,what if my luck gets worse after this? No,keep your mind off of it idiot,he did but it for you after all." She put her hand behnd her neck and exhaled. And you never answered how you could put up with all that shit my family put you through." She messed with the small stud percing she had in her right ear waiting for his answer.
