The man walked down the hallway, a clipboard in hand, getting to work like the voice over the speaker told him to do. He hadn’t heard anything from any of the speakers he passed so he figured his actions were right, it was pretty simple really, the place worked the same way the Lab did, though the subjects were different. He glanced down at the file he had, the subject was a death row inmate, said to have been dead years ago. It seemed pretty safe to do it that way, taking the willing mentally broken, death row murderers and the sort, and the results were great considering how much they could actually think and function for themselves. But he liked the Lab also, they took children, little ones, even newborns or artificially created children to see the effects on developing bodies, which many were quite satisfactory. He headed to the cell containing this specific subject, the file saying it was to be taken to another creature that they named Kumo.
