; While the pilot lights glinted and glimmered along the hull of the 200 meter long civilian liner, the superstructure of the orbital elevator’s harbor began to near a large docking house as a small fleet of drones were seen gliding along the keel of the vessel. As the planet of Hydelli spun beneath them, a supercell of dark, rainy weather was leaving the hemisphere of the planet and revealing a great expanse of lush green plateau dotted with white topped mountains and deep oceans of blue and green.

As the other Scatterrans in the flight began unbuckling their seats and retrieving their baggage, two plainclothes officers met in the center of the craft’s large disembarking atrium. When one of the officer’s waved a hand to a flight crewman and the umbilical between the star harbor and the craft became linked, the door hissed open while a flight attendant began verifying IDs of the outgoing passengers.

“Thank you for choosing Kodiak for your secure transport needs, and we hope you enjoy your time on Hydelli.”

When another two plainclothes officers approached the others at the umbilical door, one of the Scatterran officials bore the emblem of the ITDM Special Police, while the other shared the same insignia as the others, a crouching bird of the Federal Bureau of Police.
“Hope you enjoy your stay everyone, have your identification ready for the attendant; those who are momentarily leaving the flight to return later will have forty minutes on the station before this flight embarks for the Forge.”
