As used to it as she was when Drew left to go take a "break" before the show, Aurora still worried. She was always afraid that something would happen to him one day and she would lose him for good. This was a thought she had to brush away, being she couldn't handle the tight nagging pain it left in her stomach. She smiled as he left, memories pouring in from when they first met back in college. She was a completely different person then. Him with his partying ways; her with her sorority. Her parents had never approved of Drew, but she could care less. He was plenty more than enough for her. He had stole her heart, and she would forever more be a part of him and his life--even if it meant moving around a lot for the band.
She stayed where she was on the couch after he had left, moving only once to grab her Snapple off of the table that sat straight up before her. As the band members readied themselves, and the manager came in, she began to get excited. Although she wasn't a member of the band, she had before stage jitters as well, hoping that things turned out well. As Drew came back in, she stood up and ran over to him, wrapping her arms around him. She could smell it; smell that smell. But, as usual, she didn't say anything. She just smiled as he stole a kiss from her and grabbed his bass guitar, then she followed them out as far as she usually would, allowing herself front row seats to watch. She smiled at the crowd that eagerly chanted BSE, over and over. Then she sat in a chair behind stage to watch the show.
