Lanuya smiled weakly, murmuring a soft "thank you" before she turned, scooped up her two kittens, and ran like the devil was on her heels. She was truely sorry, she had tried to make it right, and she had no desire to stick around incase a fight broke out between the other. In fact, all she wanted to do right now was lock herself in her room and cry her eyeballs out. Yes she was forgiven, which was a huge relief, but it was dawning on her how much danger she had put the others in, just because she wanted a break from hearing everyone else's thoughts. She was a selfish, thoughtless, heartless jerk-off who deserved to cry her black heart out. But she wouldn't do that because it was shameful to cry, so instead she would play herself some music to calm down. And that's exactly what she did. Reatching her room, Lanuya slammed the door and locked it behind her. Samil's wings would hold up until this time tomorrow, so she didn't need to be there. Slowing herself down, Lanuya gently placed her kittens on the bed before flopping onto it herself. Grabbing a pillow she heaved a sob into it. Maybe she would cry, just a little. Once that was over and Lanuya had composed herself she went to the chair where her cello rested and sat, touching the instrument with tenderness. Picking up the bow delicately, she rosined the fine hair of the bow and ran it over the strings a few times, tuning the cello as her kittens watched, sadness in their gemed eyes. Oh yes, they all knew, this would be a song of sorrow, rage and the emotions Lanuya could not express with her words.
