Caitlin looked up at Harris as he helped her clean up. Her cheeks turning slightly pink, she thanked him. She stood there for a moment just smiling at him like an idiot, before she realized she didn't have much time. Quickly she followed the rest of the band to the stage. Butterflies were all that she felt in her stomach as she approached her place. Even though she should have been used to it, she always felt that it was her first time all over again. She quickly fixed her butterfly pin in her hair that was given to her by her mom when she was younger. She liked to keep it with her all of the time because she felt close to her mom that way. Sounds of the crowd continued to erupt around the whole building, echoing almost.

The opening act came off stage and she knew it was time. Harris was close behind her and the rest, so she decided that she might as well give him a quick wave before she went on stage. She tried to look cute, but as she took her place by the piano she felt a bit dumb for doing it. Either way, she was going to rock the house with her friends, and maybe impress Harris with how well she played. She sometimes wondered if he even noticed her as anything more than a client. Shaking off her thoughts, she placed her fingers on the keys.
