Matt listened to the rest of the conversation with a polite interest. When hearing what Chase asked, he was retorted with a unamused snort, muttering "Not exactly..." under his breath.

After Bay had left, and Hannah and Chase went outside to help someone out with their car, Matt thought about the events of the day. Well, turns out werewolves aren't the only things out there, demons, angels, witches, heck, maybe vampires and fairies would come along next and Matt wouldn't be surprised. Watching Olivia do her fancy tricks, Matt had to admit it was rather impressive. The car came out of nowhere, startling even Matt. It shouldn't have, he thought, confused, I should have been able to hear it...

He ran to Hannah, who seemed to have taken the worst of the hit. He followed Jenks to under the tree, where he had lain the two girls. "Girls, you with me?" he said softly, trying to get a response from either of them. Hearing Jenk's comment, Matt had already picked the girl up bridal style. She had hit her head in the fall, leaving a cut that oozed blood just above her eyebrow. It wasn't deep though; won't leave a concussion, Matt thought with relief as he turned towards the rest of the group.

"I think Bay needs to go where she died...Did she ever tell us that? Do you guys know?" Asked Jenks. Matt's mind flew back to their conversation earlier. "She mentioned a circus tent. We haven't passed by any on our way here, but in the city maybe...?" he replied, glancing at the little assortment of lights off in the distance.
