He spoke into a small interface he held in his hand, looking away and moving his lips with a simple movement before he was joining the group at the elevator.

“The Prime Minister has been studying a derivative of your language in the hopes of recognizing the characters,” Had-Medeen remarked under his breath, the facemask obscuring his voice slightly with his proximity to the Princess as they entered the elevator. As the massive machinery began to move and accelerate, the Scatterrans in the platform looked contentedly at home remembering orbital harbors on their own worlds.
