He smiled and inspected the potato salad. "nope, no onions." he scooped a little on her plate next to her sandwich and laid the plate down next to her.
He took a sip of wine and listened to her comment and then looked around and then at her. "not compared to you.." He smiled and leaned over and kissed her softly.
"I'm not sure if you heard this often enough, but you are absolutely gorgeous Alex." He stated it as if it was a fact and everyone should know its true.
He gazed at her a little longer then leaned back and started to eat. He was laying on his side, propped on one arm. The food was so delicious. Everything in this moment was pretty much perfect.
