The sound of tires scrapping through the rough concrete echoed through the woods as Colton drove his silver Volvo towards the indicated destination. His eyes where focused intently in the road, looking out in case an animal decided to give him a heart attack by jumping in front of his brand new car. He had just gotten his new vehicle, and he had treated it like his baby. His hands grasped the steering wheel tightly, knuckles turning white from the nerves. It had been about for to five years that he hadn't seen his High School friends. Why Cailin had called him and invited him over, he had no idea. She was a strange woman and he'd never guess what was going on through her mind at any moment.
His eyes widened as the big old manor came into view. Tall, antique, and incredibly creepy but beautiful in its own twisted way. The tall black gates where already opened, as if inviting him in. Something about the house was incredibly wrong, and he could tell that. But it was also sort of calling his name in. He parked his car besides another one, assuming in belong to someone else who had already arrived before him. His breath came out quickly, and he felt sweat starting to form on his forehead. Why the heck am I nervous? Colton asked himself. He snapped his fingers, which was a nervous habbit he had developed since Middle School, and opened the driver's door.
The scent of fresh air hit his nose, and he could clearly smell damp wood, humidity and mud. His feet made no sound as he swiftly closed the driver's door, and took out two bags from the trunk. He carried them with both hands, took a deep breath and walked towards the antique house. He looked around, eyebrows furrowing in a confusing manner, making out all the little engravings and details in the house that he hadn't noticed from inside his car. He's eyes locked on the front door, and saw it was slightly left ajar. He smirked crookedly and opened the door fully, putting his luggage by his feet and running a hand through his already disheveled hair. He's eyes wandered around until he came across four woman standing in the entrance too. He could recognize only Cailin, but the other two where giving their backs to him, so he couldn't quiet place a name to them.
Colton cleared his thoat, gaining the attention of the four females and giving them an arrogant side smirk.
"Missed me?"
