I raised a skeptical eyebrow, angel hit by a bus..Hmm. I'd drop my defensive right hand reaching back to feel the ill formed wings that were making swift progress at becoming of use again. There was a yelp in the distance and low growling. Looked as though Azrukhal had found Baziath. Wouldn't be long until he had the angel here. I perked my ears at the mention of the previous excuse of a battle. My smile would falter but return, unwavering.

"Baziath is well known for his brash actions. It's a cold dark world, you live in, he shouldn't have jumped to fight you at the sight of you having taken a seraphim blade to defend yourself." I'd look about for it, eyeing the blade for a moment then looking at the face of the boy. It was odd, there was no feeling of power about him that was supernatural, the way he presented himself, yes, but even humans emitted some form of minor reading.

This was unheard of. "As for the battle, Belial had me trapped a moment before running off unexpectedly." I'd look to the building he'd leapt to. Wondering what the demon of other realms was up to. What ever it was, it wasn't a noble goal, surely. I'd reach behind me sheathing my sword as to not worry this human. Angels had gone a thousand years before many began becoming corrupt. They ached for the chance to be sinful, to be free in more ways than one. It was sad, they were sad.

"What is your name then, human, that defends himself?" I'd carry the last bit as to put him at more ease, perhaps. Let him know I recognized he wasn't weak. Or that I didn't know he was, and expected him to be strong. There was something deadly in the pit of his eyes.
