Lelani awoke with a start. She looked around herself and realized she was safe. She smoothed back her hair and sighed. "Just a dream..." She said and realized where she was then grimly remember Alex's warning about that junk she drank. If that was a vision she was in for a grim day. She stood up, and read Alex's note. "Saying that would have sufficed!" She raised her voice just in case he was close. She grabbed her cloak and eyepatch. She realized she liked the way she looked with it on. She slid up her hood and exited the safe house. "I'm still going to kick his arse..."

After a few miles of walking she heard the sound of clashing swords near where she camped.
"...I can read minds." Was the last thing she heard as a graceling boy finished off some men. She simply walked by. They never bother to get rid of the bodies... she thought as she walked passed without a word.
