Willow nodded to Vee. "Always..." she giggled.

Lelani sighed when he took the
bag back but she was grateful. Her ribs were killing her.
"Willow. Get your favorites. We're going to have to burn the rest." Lelani said and Willow stood up and shuffled around the tent, collecting small trinkets.
"Oh, I was looking for this?" She gasped. Lelani turned to her. It was a small bejewled dagger they'd taken from a convey in the Hills.
"Ah yes, Well strap it on. We may need it." She said and frowned when John mentioned Alex and Elle.
"Well, Elle is a cute but scary girl with the nasty little habit of disappearing and Alex is a rogue royal who likes to drug people...I plan on kicking his arse when I see him again..." Willow's eyes widen.
"Oh, Come on, That's not the worse thing you heard me say." She said sucking her teeth. Then I thought struck her.
"You never asked what our Graceling powers were? I suppose you already know though?"
Willow cocked her head confused. Lelani looked over at her.
"Oh, He's a mind reader, darling." She said and Willow nodded. She was actually dying to show him her Grace. Willow liked John. He was nice not like the other men that wanted to hurt Lelani. He acutally helped. Willow stayed quiet though.
