Marshall watched her collapse in pure horror, and he ran from the stage before anyone noticed. He couldn't think, he was so freaked out. A random boy came up to him, and Marshall could only act. He took the boy and practically yanked him into a dark place. Passion overflew the fact that he should have been helping Alaska. She would freak if she found out what he was doing right now. The boy's lips were soft against the cold snake bites on his lips. Marshall knew he couldn't have that, so he left the boy and returned to the tent puffy lipped and glassy-eyed. Desmond yelled something about a hot bath, Marsh knew for Alaska, and ran to do it before anyone could know he was missing for those few blissful moments. Even though the boy wouldn't remember him, Marshall needed the relief from overwhelming fear.
