Alex moved across the streets, his mask was back in place once again. Yet few noticed him, with his sister out of town Alex had few things to worry about. However he did need to pick up a few things before he could leave. So, after stopping by a few vendors he had gathered a variety of food, and a flask of Dragon's eye, powerful Ale. Now that he had gathered some supplies he headed for a small stable, a family he knew rather well owned it. Taking off his mask and Knocking on the door he had not to say a word when the old man opened it and smiled with delight. “Griff me boy, I was wondering when you would return, that ol’e mare of yours is been growin antsy.”

“She often does friend. May I see her?” The old man nodded his head quickly and took Alex out to the barn, where a beautiful brown mare with a sheen, golden mane was waiting. The horse was not bound or tethered in any way, but whinnied with pleasure when it saw Alex. He walked slowly up to her with one hand out, she nudged it with her nose and allowed him to walk closer. “It’s been a while old girl, sorry but my business took a little longer than I expected.” He began stroking her neck, it was clear the mare was we’ll taken care of, and extremely fit. Alex turned to the old man. “I need a favor, a second horse to carry supplies please?”

Alex rode back to the safehouse, towing the smaller horse behind by means of a rope. He tethered the small one when he got to the safehouse but merely placed a hand on the ear’s of the mare. Then turned and walked inside, to find Elle asleep. Alex bent down carefully and shook her gently. “Time to go.”
