Suddenly, Ralph stopped barking and all seemed silent as Ariana looked at him. “What is it, boy?” She said; her dark eyes watched him as he sniffed in the air and went around in circles. At first, she thought it was Ralph being his idiotic self before he stopped and let out a low rumbling growl and headed straight; this growl she knew specifically for Ralph. It was a growl that you shouldn’t forget the meaning of- cats.

Ariana’s thoughts rushed to her head, though, only one seemed to surface to the top; what if there was a cat that was also frozen? Would Ralph really attack a cat that wasn’t moving? Of course he would. Within a few seconds of silent thought, Ariana charged after Ralph in full speed. “Ralph! Come back here!” She yelled, her mouth suddenly becoming parched.

Despite Ariana’s calls, Ralph did not cease his rambunctious running and growling; or, until Airana caught him. Her hands barely grabbed onto his tail, causing Ralph to let out a loud, high pitched yelp. She could feel her anger rise up in her as she pulled the dog near her and grabbed onto his collar; Ralph knowing that he was going to get disciplined harshly.

“You damned dog!” Ariana growled, already knowing what she was about to yell next. “You’re lucky I ca-“
The sound of yelling in the distance caught her ears, yet her grip on the now whining and jerking Ralph would not loosen. “People…?” She whispered, now standing up and nearly dragging Ralph up along with her. Excitement filled Ariana’s lungs before she nearly jumped in joy; just now remembering she has a dog in her hands.

“Listen up pooch,” She began; looking down at him with beady eyes. “No more running off, got it?” Ralph looked at her in an apologetic way and when she released him, he ran behind her, as if he was saying, ‘You go first from now on.’, and so, she did.

“Hello!?” She screamed back, walking quicker than before as she neared more and more figures standing, yet not moving. Ariana looked around, at all the faces as she heard more voices a head of her. As she neared the voices, she could pick out a few moving bodies; two; three; or was it four?

“Hello!” She repeated, now able to see a white haired boy, an angelic looking girl and two others whom she couldn’t yet see, but hopefully thought was there and not more frozen people; and then, cats. Ariana turned towards Ralph, who was eying the cat who had curled up at the bottom of the boy’s ankles. “Ralph…” Ariana’s voice was harsh, but reassuring as Ralph looked at her once more.

“Heal.” Ariana looked back up and raised her hand, with a slight smile and a sigh of relief; she spoke once more, “Hi! Thank God I’m not the only one.”

(I believe everyone is either with, or near Rubix and Casio. ^^ or at least I hope. ^^; )
