Hagen watched as a known face appeared before him, together with couple of people. "Indeed it did Adion, thank you for supporting me as well friend." Hagen looked over the other mages. One of them got close to him and whispered in his ear. Hagen couldn't stop but smile. "Well welcome aboard Alan, the name is Hagen. You may say that speeches are old, but they are actually pretty common around the world when people want to communicate something out to other people. What would you have done? Made a poster? We might come from different cultures Alan, but we are from the same world. A speech was the best choice don't you agree?"

Hagen turned serious once again "It is true that through history, there have been many evil shadow mages. Shadow magic is hard to control and often very devastating. I believe that is why a lot of shadow mages has been misunderstood and often done some things they wasn't in full control of." Hagen found a bandage in one of his pockets and began making a sling for his arm. He looked around at the group. "I am glad that you want to join us, but if you ever defy me I won't let it slip. That is how it is for everyone, go against me and you're out."

As Hagen finished the sling for his arm he turned to Adion. "This was only the start Adion, I hope you will stay by my side through this. We have to grow fast in the start. Now that I have gone into the light with my project, there will come followers but also enemies. As the leader they will come to me to try taking me off my "throne." I'm the face of this organization or whatever we are." Hagen took a fast look at the gathering of mages in front of him "We will have to find out what we are precisely first of all. Next we have to make a plan to get more to join." His gaze turned to Adion once more "I have some ideas but I would like to hear if any of you got something before I state my mind."
