"Tsst well I guess since you're offering. I don't have work today do you?" Daisuke replied.

Haku ran off a moment before she could invite him along. She shrugged not paying much attention to what the boy was up to.

Daisuke started telling her about one of his fights with two guys and a knife. She grinned and listened to his heroic acts.

“Bet I coulda kicked their butts and yours too, with my hands behind my back” she boasted with a grin, just joking.
Haku returned with the cake and immediately Rei was suspicious.

"So there was some sweets, lets take it back to your place Rei we can eat after breakfast and not share it." He grinned as he opened up the top. If he could have looked any more embarrassed or angry Rei had never seen it. He looked like blood vessels where going to implode all over his forehead. His cheeks where as red as his eyes. A moment later he had haku in head lock yelling "you think that's funny punk I'll show you something funny!" before he gave the younger boy a nuggie.
Rei peeked over the edge of the box and grinned.

“Aww how thoughtful Haku” Rei said with a devilish grin, enjoying Daisuke’s embarrassment way more than she should. Deep down her she was feeling a little bit embarrassed but she wasn’t one to show it.

“But are you sure you aren’t mistaking the monkey for the chicken?” She said with a grin.

“I think your jealous and you like Daisuke, almost as much as I do” she said with a laugh.

“Anywho, I’m heading home, you coming Daisuke? By the by your welcome to come too Haku…” Rei threw over her shoulder as she started sashaying down the street.

Youko yawned as she cleared her 13th table.

"Break time?" she asked herself as she looked around the near empty resteraunt.

"Indeed" she said answering her own question as she sat down at a table near the window.
