He made himself some toast and poured a glass of juice. He loved having breakfast, that's probably why he was eating it for lunch. Andrew almost spit out his mouth full of orange juice as the phone rang. Who would be calling? But he walked over and answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"Ohh.. Is Jake there?!"
"No he's working. You were wondering if he's going to the party right?"
"Yes, and with that I guess not.."
"Well you can come over here, I'm Andrew, Jake's room mate and I need some help."
"Er... Okay."
Andrew knew he must have sounded like a loser. Asking for help? As the ladies would say, this is crisis. He was wearing a red crew neck with plaid over top and some loose jeans. He knew he didn't look good, but he didn't know what looked good. Hopefully, since Jake was pretty popular, his friend would know what to do. Plus he kind of needed some advice. Mostly on how to talk to women. He was never good at that.
