When Jonas awoke, groggy and sore, he saw that the girl had gone. The lack of noise told him that Kuma hadn't woken up yet and he slowly sat up to check on her through the window. Her chest rose and fell somewhat evenly and her paws twitched as she slept.
He breathed out a sigh of relief and went to check on his own wounds. The pain after he had healed the girl earlier had been severe because he got it all at once and his skin burnt itself and split open, but after his nice nap the pan had begun to subside and he was feeling much better than he had before.
It seemed that Jonas had some extra time on his hands, so he trudged over to the small sink in the corner of his cell and began working the dried blood out of his hair and off of his face and body. He cleansed the wounds that still hadn't healed yet and used his scarf to dry off his newly clean blonde hair.
A long groan that quickly morphed into a low growl diverted Jonas's attention away from himself. He looked towards Kuma's cell and saw she was slowly coming to her senses.
"I wonder how much blood I lost, Jonas how long have I been out for?"
He walked as close to the window as the heavy chains around his ankles would allow him to and looked in to Kuma. She was in such a sorry state and the green eyes boy wished with all of his heart that he could help ease her pain. The damn chains! The damn Tacuri! Scrupulous bastards, the lot of them!
Jonas shook his head, "Kuma, I don't know. I was out, too. I healed the girl and passed out, I only just woke up a few minutes ago." He answered, solemnly.
