Brooke heard the footsteps before she heard the greeting from Willow. She didn't say anything as she grabbed the ice from the freezer, her emotions were going crazy and shs just wanted to hide in her room but she had to first take care of her stomachs needs.
"Brook." She heard Willow gasp and guessed the blonde had seen her face "Are you okay? Did you get in a fight?" Before she could reply Willow came up to her, standing very close she felt Willows fingers graze her forehead. She closed her eyes, a feeling of calmness over came her. Her mother used to do the same thing to her whenever she was upset, it was comforting to her. The fingers left her forehead and she snapped out of the daze she was in. "I...Im fine...I just lost it again" there was no malice or anger in her voice, there was sadness though. She wasn't in the mood to fight and she really didn't want to lose it again.
She poured herself a cup of coffee then looked to Willow "you wan't some?" she asked which may have been of a shock because well she never has offered to get something for Willow. Hell she had no clue if Willow drank coffee. "Are you alright?" she heard Willow ask in concern. She had her back to Willow as she buttered her toast, tears were running down her face "I..don't know" she said in a whisper.
She wished her mother was still alive, to be there to comfort her and hold her. Everyday she felt like she was losing it more and more. What if she lost it one day and killed one of her siblings or anyone close to her. She put her elbows on the counter, letting the knife drop to counter with a clang as she put her face in her hands. She thought of the blonde at Tackys, she wished she could be around that girl all day but she knew that was impossible especially because the girl was a Roy.
"Okay." was her sisters first reponse to her news, she felt Lyric's hand in her own and her eyes's eyes looking towards her."Okay Dani, here's what you have to do. You have to take this one step at a time."Lyric said to her, Dani let out a sigh watching her sister take out her phone and pur it in her hand "And to me, the first step is that you tell the father. He has a right to know. And... I would do it in person. Not over the phone. Invite him over and tell him. If you want, I can leave, but if you need me to, I'll be right here in the background for you." Dani took in a deep breath and glanced to the phone in her hand, she had Henry's number memorized. She had attempted to try to call him a couple times but she always hung up before he could answer.
"Once that's over, we'll get to the next step, but, like I said, you have to take this one step at a time. And you're not alone. I'm totally here for you anytime you need me." Dani looked to Lyric, feeling her hand be squeezed "please stay...I can't do this on my own.." she whispered looking at the phone in her hand she dialed Henry's number, her other hand still in Lyric's, she held the phone up to her ear. After a few dial tones she heard someone answer.
"Hello may I speak to Henry Echo?"
