"Aw," He said, as he followed behind her to the bar. "Well, you know what they say, hard working women are always busy. But of course it pays off." He smiled, this time with a bit of teeth. He sat next to her and casually swirled around on the chair. "I'd love to see your work when your done,""Yeah, maybe." I laugh slightly.
"I'm actually working on developing this new smart phone." He added. "It's a working progress, but I'm excited that it'll come out great. Then took a trip down to my farmhouse a few miles out of the city," He took a sip of the wine.
"I know, I know, business men are expected to have huge million dollar mansions, giant houses.." He gestured his hand up and down. "I do indeed have one, just a few blocks from here but...The farmhouse, it makes me a feel more at home. I grew up around Tennessee. I guess the only country thing of mine never left my spirit. Even now as a successful million dollar making business man."I listened to his words, fasinated. He sure doesn't have a country accent; he speaks smooth.
"I'm a city girl at heart, that's for sure. I live in a loft near my store, for quick access. My loft is like a penthouse, and really has the square footage of a house. It's wonderful." I paused, to take another sip of wine. "Saying that I'm a city girl though, I do love to travel. I want to travel the world, by the time I can't. I have a massive map with little stickers where I have been, and where I want to go."
I then remember something.
"Oh! I have the design of the dress on my phone!" I say. I pull out my iPhone, unlock it, then pull up the dress sketch. "It's simple, yet stunning. It's going to be worn to a massive A-List party.. I can't say the client though. Client confidentiality." I end the last bit with a touch of sarcasm.
