Sara sighed softly as she layed in bed, staring at her ceiling. Her dim room had a calm aura, with light green walls, and a natural feel to it overall. She stood, walking towards her mirror, her eyes scanning over her appearance, before she roughly brushed out her hair, before removing her night shirt to change, her lips curling downwards slightly at the sight of the scar that marred her back. She quickly turned around, facing away from the mirror, so as to not have to stare at it, before changing, settling for a pair of black jeans, high tops, a white t-shirt, black suspenders, and a black fedora to help calm her wavy hair. She quickly put on a bit of makeup, before exiting her small apartment, locking the door behind her.
Sara walked at a lax pace down the sidewalk, her eyes a bit downcast, she frowned, realizing she forgot to grab breakfast, she sighed slightly. The only breakfast place on her way to the bar was Axel's... Her footsteps wavered for a moment, before she quickly made her way inside of the little diner. She picked up a spare menu, and sat in one of the booths on the far end of the restaurant, next to the window, her head buried in the menu, before she set it down, staring out of the window.
It wasn't necessarily that she disliked the pack. Hell, she used to be part of it, but ever since she lost her family, she was petrified of having to feel that loss again, so she left the pack, trying to distance herself as much as possible. Even just being in the diner, smelling the familiar homey smell of it, the welcoming appearance of it, pulled at her heart. She would be lying if she said she didn't miss the pack. She wasn't too much of a loner, but she would do anything to avoid that kind of pain.
She gave a forced, pained smile when she caught Sam's eye, giving him a knowing glance between him and Caroline, before looking back out of the window, giving him his privacy.
