She started to wonder if was like one of those cat-boys that frequented shoujo mangas but those were works of fiction not real life. Stuff like this doesn’t happen in real life, right? She let out a small sigh thinking about how cool it would to meet someone that had real cat ears and being able to pet them.

“Nyan!” His little cry startled her forcing her to stop daydreaming.

Lucida gave the boy a curious look wondering if he was just messing with her or if he genuinely couldn’t speak. It seemed strange to her that someone would go to this length for a practical joke, but at the same time it was just as strange that he couldn’t speak normally.
