It hurt Adrian that Lucas said that she didnt respect him, it also hurt how he was treating her like a child and how annoyed he was getting with her. She was his mate,not some bitch (meaning female dog lol) whom he can screw and have pups with.
'I dont give to shit what you think she's like or that you know her better i am not know her personal but i KNOW her so fuck off Lucas.....or should i say Alpha cause for the time being consider yourself mate-less, or a better idea why dont you go fuck the Vampire Queen i'm sure you two would make a great couple' Adrian snarled angrily through the mindlink. She didnt even want to be in the same room as this witch.

"Pardon me your majesty's but i have things to take care of" Adrian said politely, well as forced as she can get it though her voice sounded cold. She, like a good little lap dog, bowed slightly to them then glanced coldly one more time at Lucas then shot off into the bushes. She shifted quickly, anger fueling her and before she knew it she was off Lucas's territory. She could feel the alert going off in her head that the Alpha, Beta, Delta and Luna get when someone goes onto their territory and when someone leaves. She growled in annoyance as someone tried to mindlink her but she pushed them away not in the mood to talk..... especially if it was Lucas.

She didnt even know who fast she was going or where she was going until she refocused and stopped. She had somehow managed to run to her old pack territory high up in the mountain's. She knew her wolf brought her here because no one would find her here. Not even her mate. Slowly Adrian walked around until she stood in the middle of her old town, all broken houses and ashes. Slow tears started leaking down her face as she pushed herself forward until she reached her old house. It was a temple of sorts because the Alpha's were so close to Artemis, it was the only building left unharmed because of the barrier around it only let Silver bloods in. She shifted and looked around, besides the cob webs everything was as it was when she was a child. A cold wind blow through the open door and Adrian shivered as it hit her bare body. Swiftly she went into the back of the temple where they lived and went into her parents room. She got one of her mom's favorite sundresses then a big wool sweater that belonged to her father. More tears left her eye's as the thought of never seeing her parents again entered her mind.

They would never see what she had become, they would never meet their grandchildren, nor help her when she had mate problem's. Adrian glanced out the window to see the sun was setting and her anger with Lucas faded with it, worry, regret and damn well missing him rose with the moon. But she wouldnt let it go, she was the Queen now and she had as much say in the kingdom as Lucas did. Some part of her wished she hurt Lucas with her words like he hurt her. Her fingers curled around her belly and she dropped onto her parents bed and cuddled in the woven blanket her mom had made. She already missed her pack and she hadnt even been gone for that long but she couldnt stay there with her. She wouldnt feel safe and she wasnt going to let anything hurt her pups, even there father's misguided decision's.
