With two hops, Biohazard had cleared the fence, and upon jumping down, activated the Antigrav lifters on his boots. Light softly glowed on the sides of his heels, and he landed with barely a sound. He followed Maria still, noticing the white-haired woman for but a moment before she disappeared.
"This place is popular, I assume," he said. The first words he dared to utter for the last hour or two. He shoved his hands deep into his pockets after dragging the hoodie further over his face.
When they came to the rag on the floor, Biohazard's red eye flickered on again. It zoomed up upon the item, studying it. "What's that doing here?" he asked. "What's going on?"
