Well…this was one hell of a predicament she found herself in. Even in her shock state she still heard the rushed footsteps of her mother going up the stairs to wake her up. They knew the girl is never an early riser, frankly she didn’t know herself why she woke up so early in the morning…

Actually, it was quite a good thing, it gives her the time to come up with a plan on how to get herself out of this predicament. The thought of pushing him off came to mind, then her conscience practically screamed at her that he was injured and that she shouldn’t do something that rash. Scream, that was another but that would alert her parents’ attention…
So that left her with one alternative, shut up and think, and that’s what she did exactly she tried to think.

“Amaterasu! Wake up lazy bones time for breakfast!” Her mother called from outside her door.

Her voice snapped her into action, gently grabbing the boy’s hand she whispered on his ear. “Stay quiet, don’t make a sound and stay inside the bathroom till mom is gone.” She whispered hastily, she then pulled him into her bathroom. Shutting the door she then rushed towards the main door.

Time to act…

She hoped.

“Yeah yeah mom…!” She called back, faking a sleepy voice as if she just woke up. “Is everything alright? I heard running in there.” Her mother called back. Ah crud, cursed her mother’s sensitive ears. “Yeah!” She quickly replied. “Just fell off the bed that’s all, I’ll eat later mom I still want to sleep, it’s a Saturday for goodness sake!” She added with a light grumble. Thank the heavens for drama class. It really is saving her ass. A frown came from her mother’s face before the woman simply shrugged it off.
“Fine kid, but breakfast is on the table if you want, I’ll just place yours in the microwave.” And with that the footsteps fading back down stairs. With baited breathe the girl waited till the steps vanished before she dared open the bathroom door.
