”It much be my imagination….” He tried to convince himself as he sheathed back his sword on his back, and continued down the street he took. He felt a bit tired for now, and would prefer go rest some where. Although, being unused to the city, he didn’t quite know where to go. He roamed quite a while around the city before finding an inn. From there, he looked around to make sure that he won’t be followed from inside, and he stepped into the building.
Of course, some people that was already there, including the owner, turned their head towards him when he enter upon the building. He only make a smile on his face, trying to make himself fell less of threat to the others, since that he felt that because he stands out of the crowd, people could think he was one. Näerks could be a threat easily, but for now, there was no reason of a fight, and it is with a reason that he’ll become a threat to people. In any ways, he made his way up to the counter. He paid a room for the night, since he didn’t know how long he’ll be staying in the city.
The man made his way up to his room, gently closing the door and, looking that there was a window, went to close the curtain. He heard whispers in his head, and prefer to stay away from everyone’s eyes. Though, even if there was some sun rays getting in his room, it was quite dark in his room. He pulled out a candle from his pocket, and putted it down on the desk. It seems to be already used, but there was enough wax for another use. He opened his mouth slightly, and breathe a small flame on the candle to light it up.
He made his way to the bed laying down in it after he putted down his sword next to it, and puts his hands behind his head. The room soon fill with an odd smell of burned, but it seems to be relaxing to Näerks, since he was humming lightly to himself, relaxing. He didn’t care much if the scent got through his door or not, trying to empty his mind.
