Leah nodded her head slowly. His hair is currently blue. Anyone would find it odd. That was the first thing she noticed. Though odd, it was something she admired. He began coughing. Leah glanced over, seeing the grin she had seen five minutes ago. "A-ah, w-well, it looks pretty cool actually! If you asked me, I'd have to say I really like it! It suits you well!" A long stare of surprise was all Leah gave him. 'I wouldn't have cared even if you didn't.' She turned away, nodding her head in acknowledgement. It wasn't a way of being rude, Leah just knew he was going to say more, so she decided to let him finish his chatter before speaking once more. She listened as he began giving her a short introduction to his past, but moved on to his interests with ease. Or, at least she thought he did. Leah could tell if he was doing it at ease, no longer watching his movements and such. Her thoughts were interrupted as Haru spoke about physical activities. Some sort of sickness? Leah blinked multiple times, looking back up just in time for him to ask her question. "What about you, Theodore? I'd like to know more of my roommate too, you know!"
The blond mentally tried to lay her words out. There wasn't much the she wanted to say. "Hm... I have four brothers and I'm-- I was, under the roof of my uncle. Uhm...basically, that's all I have to say. Since all those posters and stuff on the wall are my interests, like video games, rock and metal music, and sports." Leah tried to seem as easy going as she actually was. It seemed as if she were to get caught soon, which was something Leah wasn't interested in when she had such an amusing room mate and a nice area to hang out in. Of course, Haru soon returned to the school question. He didn't go to this school, and it seemed like she had an excuse to avoid multiple excercises like swimming. Leah shuddered at the thought of getting caught in the most uncomfortable way. She was well aware of Haru not happy with being her, though he did quickly back track after his small paragraph about dating. The blond couldn't help but grin as he called her a 'cool room mate', though that now she was aware that he was slightly dense, and probably didn't know her little secret nor suspect anything.
Leah laughed, shaking her head."Don't worry, I'll only sulk for a few minutes. Im okay with you being fond of me or not." Another shrug. It would be annoying if she had a room mate who didn't like her, but it was something she could live with. His next question definitely threw her off of her track. "Hey, hey, have you ever had a girlfriend before, Theodore? You seem like you would, from your personality and looks and all, but I'm not gay." Leah looked stunned for a minute, before leaning forward, holding in the urge to laugh loudly as her shoulders shook. She tried to say a few things, but eventually threw her head back, laughing as quietly as she could. As she began to stop, she gave Haru a large grin.
"I'm quite fond of you. No, I haven't dated a girl before. I'm a guy who knows a lot of females, but none of them are of my interest. I guess you could say that I'm picky." It was the truth. She never dated a female before, what was she suppose to say? When she looked girlier? She spent all of high school being confused as a male, and ignored if she were to object. Most guys weren't interested in a person when one, they didn't know her gender, and two, when she would get into fights often. She knew the names of all the assuming fan girls, but it was true, all of them were typical. Too predictable. Leah glanced at her watch, they still had an hour or so. "Since we both don't know the school very well, how about we look around? We have plenty of time."
