The blade pressed hard against Ace's throat weirdly did not threaten him even knowing she was a being who would not hesitate to murder him upon the spot. He did not even so much as notice the fist raised above his head as his pupils were locked perfectly with hers. She owed him, rather like he had owed Jennifer in the past for saving his own life. Her eyes suddenly lit up displaying some emotion that the blonde did not recignise, but Ember was not exactly the easiest woman to read so he did not linger upon it for long. Either way she released the runt and he stumbled clumsily to his feet.
"Guess I can't enjoy your screams of agony."
Ace shot the white haired male a somewhat sarcastic glare. He was unsure if he wanted to send one of Sophia's arrows into his neck or laugh and befriend him, it was the weirdest feeling he had ever experienced. He was rather odd.
His eyes wandered to the quiet blonde girl who's wrists were bound clearly at Embers doing. Ace caught the brunettes attention before clicking his fingers in the direction of the blonde girl. "Please release her, unless she has done something wrong. Dragging someone around with you who is your so called prisoner does not exactly make me feel comfortable." Aces voice was soft, but firm, something he could never pull off in his younger years. "What is your name kid?"
"The name is Gabriel and can I say that maybe you should get off the man-boy so we can tend to the wounded, Ember."
"My companion's name is Ember Wolfe, and we've been traveling for awhile. I, obviously don't know the naive one there."
"So, tell us, what is your name?"
"You are a annoying little shit Gabriel...You know that? It is nice to meet you Owlsa, My name is Ace Tyrant, not 'man-boy!'" He hissed, but the child faced man's lips curled at the edges forming a soft cat like smile as he scooped up his bow and waved his fingers signalizing them to follow him into his Cabin. "I have plenty of supplies that could help out with the wounds and I honestly don't mind sharing as long as I am re payed with company,"
Inside the Cabin was warm with plenty of sofas covered in thick throw blankets, a small old fashioned looking dining table along side a miniature kitchen, and at the back stood a large desk shrouded in designs for new weapons and equipment. It felt exactly like Ace, and was a very nice place of safety considering how much everyone else had. He began to rummage in the cabinet above the toilet for medical supplies.
