There was the myth of the Sirens, beautiful women who lured sailors to them before they killed them. It was the same with Vampires to innocent women, and they could not be effective if they didn't have the looks to go with it. Look at Viktor for example. If she had been none the wiser, she would of been victim to his charms and that stunning face of his, but she knew it was all a ploy and she made pretty-boy pay by having the hunter become the hunted and having him under her control, rather than the other way round. It was such a sad sight to see him behind the bars in the cage she had for him, but it was necessary and she would do the same if it was another Vampire, for it was the person inside that was being locked away, the beauty outside was just for her to play around with.
Vampires were not the only ones who used their looks however, especially hearing reports of missing women. It seemed that what had given these monsters the edge, was not the fact that the humans were not aware, but the humans did not want to be aware, but rather be in their arms. Alex could see where, but it was a dastardly devilish plan, hence why she was using the same tactic again. It had worked for the vampire, and now it would work for the Pack's Alpha should this meeting go smoothly, as she saw the man alot more closely, now that she was seated next to him. At the distance, it was the hair, but upon closer inspection, he was certainly handsome and kinda cute with those puppy-dog eyes, though she wouldn't tell him that.
"Whiskey", he said in his deep manly voice, "I'll take another as well, put all the drinks on my tab", as he then smiled at her, and she back at him. He really didn't have to do that, but it showed how much of a gentleman he was, and it was genuine, seeing that he was not expecting her. Should this change anything? never. Alex was a compassionate woman, but when it came to her duty, this was strictly business, though nothing was wrong with mixing buisness and pleasure, was there? "Well, never thought I would see such a pretty girl in a bar like this...Roman Wolcott, pleased to meet you. I like a girl that can handle her whiskey, hope that not too much for you", as Roman offered his hand, and she took it, "Then I am a girl you will like very much, as you can't ever get enough of whiskey", giving him a wink.
She then proved her point by then taking the glass provided for her and gulped a bit down, before putting the glass down, "See?", followed by another wink. "It sure makes a change to enter a bar and see a decent guy, and a charmingly handsome guy at that, rather than stuffy old men who have never seen a woman before", as she turned away to see the said stuffy old man, before turning back to Roman, "See what I mean?", rolling her eyes, before taking another gulp of her whiskey as she compiled in her head what to say next.
"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. How rude of me. I'm Alex, short for Alexandra, but I don't like that name. It is waaaay too long, not like Roman - short, sweet and ever so manly", giving another wink as well as giving a smile, before her eyes then focused on his tie as her fingers reached out for it, as she then asked, "So....what brings a charming guy like you in this neck of the woods?", using a play on words and giving a smirk at her own comment, before her eyes looked back up to look at his. Afterall, despite the outside, he was still a vicious werewolf inside which could take what he wants, so why dress in a suit.....
