Cor only had time to look up at the man sitting on the bench before the door opened. One moment she was leaning against it and the next she was staring up at Sliver, who was now on the roof, from the floor. Not even removing herself from the floor, Cor crossed her arms across her chest. Her eyes narrowed up at Sliver.

"Do you always just barge into rooms?" she asked him sarcastically. The question wasn't meant to be answered, obviously. After she had gotten in her quip that's when Cor lifted herself onto her feet. She stood and brushed off imaginary dirt.

"I'm not going anywhere. I am staying right here until that bitch is off this ship. It's her or me. I'm not going to go back and be threatened with lashes from a person that has no right to threaten me," Cor said. Her voice broke when she mentioned the lashes. There was a hint of tears in her eyes but Cor didn't cry. She never cried. Her face just leaked from time to time.

"So, go away. Tell your Captain whatever you have to in order for me to be left alone," Cor demanded before she went into the shower and closed the curtain. She wasn't going to shower but it gave her a sense of privacy.
