"Of course," Martellus replies to Edward's speech. Despite what he said, it was hard not to pay respect to a Magistrate, even one so... seemingly incompetent. Even thinking that would have been cause for lashings, in Martellus' eyes.

Decidedly uncomfortable amongst the two men, Martellus takes the first chance to extricate himself from them in a respectful manner. This comes in the form of Frederick ordering 'all hands' to throw the guiding ropes.

Eager to do something worthwhile, Martellus salutes without a word, and goes to grab as many ropes as one man could possibly manage, preparing to pull the two ships in.

Cyrus was not oblivious to Lorraine's discomfort, and it struck him as a bit odd that she might fear flight, in the arms of a Man among Knights, as she was.

Still, as any gentleman would, he proceeds to the ground as hastily and steadily as possible. His mount seemed to be displeased with the sudden change in maneuvers, but he paid it no mind; there would be another time for tricks.

As they come to the ground, amidst the morning streets of the Guilds Ward, the passerbys would probably be in awe; a Knight, and a woman covered in pink paint, riding upon a large Wyvern- which to many would appear to be a Dragon proper.

Leaping down, Cyrus lifts his arms to lift Lorraine down to the ground with him, a smile upon his face as he does so. "We have arrived," he states simply, gesturing towards the Magistrate's private housing within the Spire.

After seeing her to solid ground, he bows his head. "I regret I will not be able to take you up on your offer as yet, for I am on duty; however, perhaps I will return... tonight?" He takes her hand in one of his own, a daring grin on his face.
