"I'm glad someone finds all this amusing. I do understand your point that risk is necessary....sometimes, but there is a difference between risk and stupidity," She said, "Not only that and mean no offence to you, but if your going to take a risk with someone, you want to at least know about the person you are with, even better if you can trust them. You seem confident about being in a fight however, so what do you think of those types of guys?"
Dax wanted to ask why she cared so damn much. He was so used to people twisting his story around, that no one really knew the truth but his family. And since everyone had their own version of his story, why bother telling it and trying to fix what can not be fixed. Who cares if you can trust people or not. Dax never did and he got along perfectly fine.
"If this is about my eyes again, you can forget it." Dax growled, all senses of joking gone from his face. Well... Half his face.
"And everyone know I can kick their asses. Not everyone's bad, sadly I'll admit. But there are a select few groups that... Resemble the... Mafia?... In your world. The prince finds them annoying, so when he sees them, they aren't seen again."
If she were to look into it, which Dax was hoping she didn't, it seemed like he was trying to keep his home safe from dangers. Dax had gotten used to being seen as the bad guy, so it was weird if he was told or seen as anything but.
