Mai somehow managed to drag her nearly lifeless body from her warm, comfy bed this morning after a long night helping the art club move around supplies and getting in some last minute studying. A light breakfast was all Mai had time for before she took her hot cup of tea out of her room and towards her homeroom class. Though she was tired, the quiet and cool morning was somehow tranquil to her, a sort of meditative time where she could clear her head and simply enjoy the taste of her tea. Mai was in for a rude awakening however as the familiar shout of the school's beloved student council president shook away the serene morning in an instant.
This certainly wasn't an uncommon occurrence and it was often the result of her overreaction to something that was more often than not trivial. Despite this Mai couldn't bring herself to simply ignore it. And so with a slight sigh she made her way to the student council room, she wasn't an official member but it wasn't uncommon for her to swing by from time to time to help out. After a moment of mental preparation she peaked her head into the room and gave a knock on the doorway.
"Yo Prez... Everything okay? I heard ya yelling from down the hall, heh..." She gave her usual smile as she spoke and entered the room, only now getting a closer look at Ryuka's head. Her smile faded a bit as a look of concern replaced it. "Oh! Did you yell 'cause you hit your head? If you're feeling dizzy or something I can take you to the nurse's office." She began to lean in to get a bit of a closer look at the president's forehead. Huh... Never would've thought the Prez was the klutzy type.
