Annelise had chosen to stay outside to sleep because of the gnawing feeling she should have left and never come back, for obvious reasons she didn't tell Seb why she preferred the outdoors.. She was barely awake when she heard Sebastian moving around, the smell of breakfast trying to drag her out of her lifeless state. Her heart ached to go and sit with him, maybe talk more so she could make more of a fool of herself. As she heard him pass by her "sleeping" form she was thankful she had been facing away from the door, choosing to listen in pained silence. He grabbed something, she could tell, but she didn't have the slightest idea what because she was too hurt and tired to process thoughts properly. When he walked back inside she stirred, sitting up and hanging her head as she heard him leave the house a few seconds later.
"Please no.." Annelise murmured to herself. It was a miracle that nobody had tried speaking to her last night, she didn't want Leighton to wake up and try and be around her, but maybe Seb had said something? She sighed, obviously contemplating leaving again before she shook her head and walked inside, taking just one slice of bacon out of fear her stomach would reject any more. She could go into work.. but nobody would show up, nobody ever did. If anyone would, it might be Alarick if she was lucky. Why not take the easy route? Stay here until she was kicked out. As if being rejected wasn't hard enough, there was still Nika's death to deal with. Not to mention the anniversary of her father's death was coming up...
