Gabriel

Gabriel rolled his shoulders as he began to walk back to Ace's little cabin. His hair wet from the little shower he had. He breathed in deeply, and couldn't help but grin. His pink eyes sparkling with energy he didn't have the other night. The scent of pines and other types of earthly greens, contrasting with his pale hair and skin. The albino appeared out of place in this lush forest, yet somehow looking to belong at the same moment.

Gabriel heard the sound of flesh hitting wood, before he entered the cabin. Once he did enter the building, he saw Owsla crouched in a corner before he saw the strange woman looking down at the feral girl. His mask slid into place as he noted the way the stranger was "Battle-scarred."

"I suppose," she half-whispered, her voice still hoarse, "that you, as well, are frightened of me?" She almost smiled, though it was more pained than pleasing. "I share that sentiment."
Gabriel cocked his head to left, hinting at the question he held back. "Frightened of what? A broken person torn?" His words sounded like he was mocking her, but from the way he stood, suggested otherwise. His eyes, and face guarded, expecting the person to curse and say something childish to him and lunge to attack.
