Renly was sitting in class, applying her makeup. She didn't seem to have anyone in her English class, it was kind of a bummer. Just as she finished putting her pink lipgloss on her lips she heard her phone ring. Aw I can't look at the senior boys passing by during their run around the track... The blinds are down. She listened to her ringtone, she was digging that song. The teacher looked at her expectantly, and she just shrugged, "Class hasn't started yet sourpants. I'll turn it off when the bell rings." That was a lie. Renly's phone being off meant disaster. It meant she was hurt, sick, or someone was dead. She never let her phone die and there wasn't a minute of the day It wasn't glued in her pocket or her hand.
Oh my, my, shit, everybody talks, everybody talks, everybody talks too much.
She knew exactly who it was. She looked to the text on her phone, sliding the bar and putting her password in. Yay! Shopping! She thought giddy to herself. Whether she was buying anything or not, Renly loved clothes. She texted back extremly quick, her excitement probably showing.

[Cool. We also can get an idea of what everyone else is wearing. If Katie Stilenski is wearing the same dress as me again, there will definitely be war! Cya at lunch~ xoxo -Ren ;) ]
The party coming up was definitely a big concern to Renly. She remembered how things went with Damian last year.. he was definitely still bitter. She was even getting some vicious threats.. but she only told Anna.. she didn't want to scare the other girls.
She didn't want to seem weak. Everyone assumed she was the weakest link, the basketcase.. she wanted to prove everyone wrong.. Even Anna called her weak.. She shook her head, fighting the memories, she didn't want to think about them.. it hurt too much.
Damian's eyes flickered, he knew what Jayson and Pierce had to be thinking. Everyone in school thought it about him at one time or another. Everyone wondered where he got the nerve to act the way he does. Honestly, money just has that kind of power people. It's nothing to do with me, though I won't lie and say it's not just a little to do with me.. He always seemed to be grinning. Did Damian amuse himself or something? Even when by himself, Damian's pearly white grin was iconic. Never one without the other. Except the day Renly publicly humiliated him by turning him down in front of the entire school. It was the first time anyone could prove a frown on his face.
Maria caught his attention and it brought a chuckle from his throat, "Texting already? Busy, busy." He spun his finger in the air, "I like that. It proves you're lively." then she asked the million dollar question, Damian laughed again, his signature grin growing afterward. Wouldn't you like to know.. He thought cheekily to himself, leaning his chin into his palm as he turned his head to stare into her eyes, "It's not much of a secret if I tell you." He added, "I thought you girls like secrets..?" he raised an eyebrow, "I'm not very big on secrets.. but I think this one is going to be fun." He bit his lip, "If you're brave enough.." His eyes trailed up and down Maria, "Find out." He challenged her, it was almost like his blue eyes were attempting to dig into her soul, like two knives made of solid ice. He was definitely a bit intimidating, but he gave her credit too. Maria could make or break people just as easily as he could. It was a fire and gasoline mixture. If they weren't careful, it would be catastrophic for everyone in the area.
