His tight frown soon relaxed slightly, as the girl anwsered his questions quite easily. So, there was no doubt then. His brother's ghost was still lurking around here. Hearing the girls comment, he just sighed and shook his head.
"Big bad alpha...I'm hardly that if I get freaked out by a bastard's ghost." He muttered back with a sigh. He could play a facade of cool and composed for the pack, but his mind would always be in turmoil whenever people brought up...certain subjects. He shook his head, and released the girl's shoulders. His hands went back to his side, and he turned away from the girl, before saying "We have to head back. It gets really cold at night."
With that simple sentence, he shut and closed the topic completely. From what she said, he couldn't really cause any damage to anyone, so it should be fine...or so he hoped.
As the two walked, he spoke to break the silence.
"If that thing...appears again don't follow it, don't even talk to it. Got it?" It was more of a statement then a request. Maybe it was because he didn't want her to know about him killing his own kin-after all, since she was new, she had no idea what happened all those years ago. Only the clan did, and they kept quiet about it.
